Flexibility
Caregivers at BlueCare are given the flexibility to work a schedule and location they prefer. We don’t require caregivers to work full-time. We also work with our caregivers to assign them clients that are suitable for them. We never ask our caregivers to take assignments that they are not 100% dedicated and satisfied with.
